THE TERMS & CONDITIONS
OF DEMEURES VEJOLL

The tenants may not under any circumstances claim any rights to remain in the premises at the end of the period initially provided for in this contract.
The parties declare that the premises covered by this contract are rented furnished on a seasonal basis.
This rental does not concern premises rented for use as a principal residence or mixed professional and principal residence use.
Consequently, they agree that their respective rights and obligations will be governed by the provisions of this contract, by the decree of 28th December 1976 as amended and, failing that, by the provisions of the civil code.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER

Following the acceptance of the owners of the residences, a rental contract will be sent to the tenant.

The reservation of the stay can only be confirmed after the return of the rental contract duly accepted and signed by the tenants and payment of the rental.

 

SECURITY DEPOSITS

In order to proceed with the reservation of one of the Vejolll residences, the tenants must make a bank transfer either of the total amount if the date of the stay is less than 30 days away, or of a deposit of 50% beyond 30 days.

A security deposit will be required.

The information’s will be described in the rental agreement.

This security deposit will be returned to the tenants within a reasonable time, after the joint inventory, after deduction, if necessary, of the cost of restoring the premises and the cost of replacing the items and equipment made available. This may not exceed 60 days. if the deposit is insufficient, the tenant agrees to make up the difference, based on supporting documents provided by the owner.

TERMINATION CONDITIONS

In case of cancellation: any cancellation must be notified as soon as possible by registered letter or by e-mail with confirmation of the receipt by the owners. the details will be indicated in the rental contract.

Special requests, which cannot be guaranteed, are subject to availability upon arrival and may incur additional charges.

INTERRUPTION OF STAY

In the event of a reduction in stay, for whatever reason, the lessor is in no way required to reimburse the rent for this reduction in time.

INSURANCE

A holiday insurance certificate will be requested from the tenants for the duration of the stay.

PARTIES, EVENINGS ETC

Parties, evenings etc are not permitted.

COMMON SENSE RULES

Let's be eco- responsible, in case of prolonged absence (1/2 day or full day) please turn off the air conditioning and all lights. A few minutes are enough to eat or cool an accommodation.

MISCELLANEOUS

The tenants may not object to a visit to the premises when the owner or his representative requests it.
